It´s a perfect flat to share to a friend, it´s located in the intersection of Portugal and Curico.
It´s an old building with two bedrooms and 1 bathroom, has a small kitchen, but the has a great living room with a bigbreathtaking view to mountain, though, sometimes polution dosen´t allow to see them.
About the neighbourhood, it´s a few noisy and Curico street it´s dirty old the time because the homless people who lives there to throw his garbage on the street so smell not really good, but this, is only in one block to that side, in the other side, it´s the way to Bustamante park, this place is so nice and quite.
the flat has a good lacation, because, it takes 10 min. get the subway by walking, and 5 min. to get Plaza Italia by a car.
the flat is suitable to students or single man or women. sorry, no smoking, no pets, and parties are not allowed after 1:00 am.
