Last saturday was a diferent day, a turist day black and white...With my english class we visited the vineyard "Cousiño Macul" in the morning, after this we had lunch en "La Vaquita Echada" and after we visited the vineyard "Concha y Toro" in Pirque, Maipo valley.
Vineyard "Cousiño Macul"
In this vineyard I saw the biggest barrica I have never seen, and not one, ¡many of this!. The tour started with a gift for us, a nice glass cup with the seal engraved vineyard, after this we went to the wineries in the underground, it was dark and we felt cold in this place full of wine barrels. Once in site the somelier speak about and gave us to try Riesling, a soft and fresh white wine.We falowed to Somelier who speak about the process of the making wine.., very interestig. Finally we tasted a cabernet reserve sovignon very good, thick, fruity and slightly tart should be. "Cousiño Macul" is one of the oldest vineyard in Chile.

It's good to know you enjoyed the immersion activity.Hopefully one day you can visit Concha y Toro vineyard again ,just as you told me you wished to do it along with your family group. Now,correcting your sentences, you must change to the next sentences "...visited the Cousiño Macul vineyard...","and in the afternoon we visited the Concha y Toro vineyard..","I saw the biggest barrel I've ever seen...","many of them","the sommelier spoke about and gave us to taste","we followed him while he was speaking about the wine-making process...very interesting indeed.","Finally we tasted a very good, fruity, woolly reserve of Cabernet Saugvinon", and "Cousiño Macul is one of the oldest vineyards in our country".
Your teacher.
