I bought a flat five years ago, it's in the downtown, near to plaza brasil.
It's located on Catedral street 2025, on the 9th floor and it has a view to the northwest, so
i have sunny afternoon, It's not too cold in winter but too hot in summer.
My flat has eighty square meters and has two bedrooms and bathrooms, one kitchen and livingroom. Also buy a storeroom, it has served me too much, actually today this is almost full, on the other hand i should have bought a parking lot, today only can rent.
In the common areas has a barbecue, event sale and laundry.The neighborhood is nice because it has different kinds of restaurants and pubs, but on the other hand is too noise and doesn't save. About de public transport the bus pass in front of the building and for subway i have two choices, Santa Ana and Cumming Station at two blocks.
The flat is ideal for a couples of new weds or two young peoples.
