The English Course improve me the relationship with the english world people...
Now, my boss say me, "you are the people that understand english..."
The last duty was... translate the SEACHANGE IVR when the VGL team need open a ticket for any incident over our customers...
Well, I took my mobile with microphone and recorded any path like these: "... if need... press... you were selected... if you need... press... blablabla"
The international telephone comunication was terrible and sometimes I need repeat again the menu... so, now, we have a better knowledge about IVR and the ticket are flowing without problem...

You must correct to "I have little time to write","...really improved my relationship with english-speaking people","my boss tells me ,you are the guy who undrestands English","...needed to open a ticket for..."," ..it was necessary to repeat again and again" and "the ticket is ...".
